Nimbus Web - REFUND POLICY

Thank you for downloading programs Nimbus Note, Nimbus Clipper, Nimbus Capture (the “Product”), using Everhelper Blog and/or Everhelper account, and/or accessing our websites found at www.everhelper.me and www.nimbus.everhelper.me operated and provided by Nimbus Web, Inc. (the “Company”, “Nimbus Web”, “we” or “us”, or “our”).

If you are not entirely satisfied with the Products you purchased from us, we are here to help.

Refunds.

You have 14 (Fourteen) calendar day to ask us for a refund from the date you paid for the Product or any other services provided by us on our websites indicated above. Your request for the refund should be sent at team@nimbusweb.co Though it is not required, but we would appreciate your comments how can we improve our products and services.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Once your refund request is approved, You shall stop using refunded Product and services, uninstall and remove such Product from your computer, mobile, tablet, smartphone, or any other device You use our Product on. We may limit your access to premium features of Nimbus Web’ websites and products.

Lost or stolen credit card / PayPal account.

If you think that your credit/debit card or PayPal account was lost and/or stolen, and you did not make a payment to Nimbus Web, please contact immediately your credit card issuer’s or PayPal and notify them of that so they could investigate charges made to your card or payments sent from your PayPal account.

Also, please notify us immediately if you suspect that your card was stolen/lost and used to pay for services and products of Nimbus Web. We may put a hold on any future recurring payments from your card, if any.

Please note, that Nimbus Web does NOT review lost or stolen credit card/PayPal account claims and does NOT process any refunds under such circumstances because we are not in position to conduct stolen/lost card payment or PayPal account investigations. You have to work with your card issuer or PayPal to get a refund.
